Nyx Security’s customers are very satisfied, shows the results of our customer survey for 2012.
We can proudly say that our customer satisfaction index is 4.24 (maximum of 5.0). It is a high score that is significantly higher than the average in the security industry.
Each year, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey in order to find out how our customers perceive us and the service we deliver. The results of the survey then provide a basis for how we develop the business.
The study is based on an overall satisfaction index and also a number of quality areas.
A high quality of our services and the benefits of the services are the factors that affect customer satisfaction the most. The perception is also that we have a friendly approach with our customers as well as professional and knowledgeable staff.
